William Hall

William Wesley "Bud" Hall, 81, of Des Moines, passed away peacefully at Taylor House Hospice on November 8, 2022. A social gathering to share memories of Bud will take place from 12:00-3:00pm on Sunday, November 13, 2022 at 4325 28th St, in Des Moines. A light lunch will be served.

Bud was born in Des Moines, Iowa on May 17, 1941, to Orville and Leona (Coffin) Hall. He grew up in the Des Moines area and attended Saydel High School. Bud worked for Iowa Parcel Services until their closing, eventually working in the pipeline industry. He traveled the United States for many years. Bud lived in Texas and Oklahoma before moving back to Des Moines two years ago.

Bud is survived by his daughters, Pamela (Kent) Smith and Kelly (Chuck) Denger; sister, Joanne (Harold) Fees; grandchildren, Jenna, Mike (Kelli), Richard, and Tiffany; great-grandchildren, Emerson, Addison, and John; and many nieces , nephews, cousins, friends, and his best friend Mutley.

Bud was preceded in death by his mother, L. Maxine; grandparents, Clarence and Bertha; and a nephew, Billy.
