Vera L. Piffer

Vera L. Piffer, at the age of 93, passed away at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, July 30, 2014 following a Stroke. There will be no services per Vera's wishes. She lived in the same house for 70 years on E. Salem. Vera was preceded in death by her husband John Piffer Sr. She is survived by her children, John Jr.(Susan) Piffer and Kathi (Steve) Pfeifer; grandchildren, Michelle Kelley, Jennifer Pfeifer-Malaney, Holly Pfeifer-Wilson, Grant Pfeifer; great grandchildren, Olivia and Carolyn Kelley, Nathan, Torey and Mia Wilson and Kensi Malaney. Memorial contributions in her memory will go to Kiya Koda Humane Society.
