Louis Dean Lipps

Louis Dean Lipps was born in Carlisle, Iowa on June 17, 1924 to Mott and Edna (Hastie) Lipps. He was reunited in heaven on August 1, 2011 with his parents and brothers, Jack and Don. Dean graduated from Altoona High School and lived his whole life in the Runnells area. He was a master gardener and grew many beautiful flowers and delicious vegetables. He will be greatly missed by his sister Margaret (Don) Harmison and niece Lisa ( Mike) Mengwasser. Memorials may be made to the Indianola Grace E-Free Church.
