Gaye Sharlene Hutton Obituary (1943 - 2020)

Gaye Sharlene Hutton, 77, of Carlisle, passed away on December 11, 2020 in Des Moines, Iowa. A celebration of life and inurnment will be held for Gaye at a later date to allow more people to attend. Gaye was born August 26, 1943 in Richmond California to Norman and Dollie Collins. Aside from being a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she loved reading and putting together puzzles. She absolutely loved "Amazing Grace" and truly lived her life by the Serenity Prayer. Gaye was also a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Gaye is survived by her children; DeeDee (Tony) Soda, Jimmy (Audra) Hutton, Regina (Steve) Overton, and Angela Hutton. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and her bothers; Bobby and Clayton. Gaye was preceded in death by her husband Albert James Hutton Sr. and her brother, Rodney.
