Esther Nikora

Esther Grace Nikora, a beloved daughter, of Indianola, Iowa, was born on May 28, 2025, and passed away on August 25, 2025. As it is written, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these." (Mark 10:14) Despite her short time on Earth, Esther's infinite spirit, enveloped in love and faith, touched those around her profoundly. Her vivacious smile and pure heart were a beautiful reflection of her family's unwavering belief and trust in God.

Esther is survived by her doting father, Vasiliy Nikora, her loving mother, Julie Zayets. To them, she was a blessing, a precious gift, and a testament to the power of love and faith. As Esther was called home too soon, her family finds solace in the knowledge: "And He said, 'Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven." (Matthew 18:3)

Esther's graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the Indianola IOOF Cemetery, 1202 South Jefferson Way, Indianola, Iowa, 50125.
