Donnie was born January 31, 1966 in Des Moines, Iowa to Donald and Carol (Sloan) Gulling. He was proudly employed for many years with Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 33 in Des Moines. Donnie had many hobbies that he loved. He enjoyed working in the garage on old trucks, especially Chevy's. If he was working in the garage, he could always be found with a Snap-On tool in his hand. He also enjoyed hunting, smoking food, and eating a good meal. Anyone who knew Donnie knew how much he loved Mexican food, or any food for that matter. Donnie was always up for a good laugh and enjoyed making people smile through his jokes and pranks. He will be missed by many.
Donnie is survived by his mother, Carol (Clyde) Bradford; children, Andrea Gulling, Ashley Gulling, Jeremy Gulling, and Casey (Erik) Roman; a brother, Roger; and 16 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Donald; grandparents, Jim and Delores Sloan, and Roy and Dorothy Gulling; and a sister-in law, Mindy Gulling.
