Rex was preceded in death by his wife, Betty, after nearly 67 years of marriage, his daughter, Debra (Larry) Billings, his parents, eight brothers and two sisters.
Rex was known for the large garden he planted every year. He especially took pride in his tomatoes. He loved nothing more than to have people stop by so he could give them a box of garden vegetables.
